Car was picked up within the window of outlined in their contract, two to three days within the scheduled date....I think before people write a review they should read what they aggred to!!!! They clearly stated that it would be picked up within three days of the scheduled date and it was. They were the lowest cost quote I was given so I went with them. True that their customer service is not the best. When I asked they told me that they were a very small company and were going through some growing pains. Needless to say they always got back to me even though others would not like the timeframe....sometimes I called in the morning and didn't hear back from them till the afternoon.
The car was delivered on time, again within the two to three week timeframe they outlined, undamaged and fine. I ihave moved cars before and I felt behoved to set the record straight. I have dealt with companies that didn't care at all....if you are moving a car it is not live moving furniture. There are 8 or 9 other cars on the truck and the company needs to schedule all those pickups and deliveries around 8 or 9 people's schedules. Do you think your's is the only car being moved? I genuinely felt that they cared about my car. Laura, Debra and Christine, I believe all in customer service or dispatch, knew what was going on with my car without me have to repeat myself! Last time I moved my car it took them 6 weeks to get out to Cali....so I think these guys did just fine. When I have to I will use them again!
