Stay away from Majestic Auto once they take your money that will be the last time you ever hear from them again. Do not fall victim to this scam. If you have fallen victim to this or any other internet scam you can and should file a report with the FBI at http://www.ic3.gov. A few clues that prove this is not a real company and I wish I would have noticed prior to giving out a credit card, is there web site. They do not post their phone number. What kind of “leader in automotive transportation” (as they call themselves) do this? Also if they leave you a number call it! No one will ever answer. Their phone system sounds like the real deal but no one will ever pickup no matter what extension you dial. Trust me I tried over 100 times. Also Their Customer Care email isn’t even a real email address. Avoid this company they will contact you daily until they get your money and then you will never hear from them again. I wasted 17 days waiting for delivery. I emailed them and called them everyday. They didn’t call me back until I found an unlisted number for them at FMCSA. Then they called back and were mad that I had found a number that actually went to a real phone. Pleas avoid this company at all cost there are plenty of honest moving companies out there making a honest living.
