Terrible - if you choose to use this company, you get what you deserve. Unfortunately, I believed Mike when he confirmed pick-up date. They never showed up! No call - nothing! When our household movers came, we loaded up and left Michigan. We ended up leaving our two vehicles at a storage yard for over a month until we could arrange transport. These con artists certainly know auto transport - they'll tell you anything to suck you in. Don't fall for it - hire a reputable company - it's worth it for the peace of mind.
