This was just a bad miscommunication on both parts. When we first went to pick up the vehicle it wasn't available and being we had to pick up another vehicle that night the pickup date got pushed back. The part where you say we blew you off however is untruthful. We apologized on the drivers behalf and even refunded our fee. Also, your daughter had to meet the driver 20 minutes away because they couldn't drive on campus. This was a rare occasion and we do everything we can to insure things like this don't happen.
