Carrier transporting vehicle

JR's Transporting from Jessup Georgia carried the car for this company. Too often, the carrier is not given enough credit for transporting vehicles and they are the executing agency for the satisfaction of the customer. JR's Transporting, once they were identified as the transporter, kept me apprized of the time of pickup, the location of where they were prior to the pickup of the vehicle, and the progress they were making along the travel route. Once the vehicle was picked up in Connecticut, they were in contact with me as they progressed from Connecticut down the east coast. Once they were in North Carolina they called me to let me know when the vehicle was to arrive. When they were entering South Carolina, they let me know when they were crossing the boarder. They also let me know when they were exiting I-95 on to I- 26 which allowed me plenty of time to get to my home to receive the vehicle. When the vehicle arrived, it was in excellent shape. It was as clean as it was when I left the vehicle. They unloaded it with ease and were very professional and congenial. They have a personal touch as a family team. Since I have had four other brokers arrange shipping for me, I know quality in a carrier/shipper when I see it. This was the most pleasure I have had when I had to pay money for a vehicle transport.
