Chris, i am sorry you feel that way. I had mentioned the terms of price match to you before we went forward with placing the order, i had noted down my points i had covered with you and do this with all my customers. When doing a price match i explain, "that its not always best to take a lower quote due to the fact that the lower you go in this industry the less likely the vehicle will get picked up and also the longer it will take. Our goal here at magic carpet is to get your car moved within 7 business days, and if we can save you money we will try. So after the 5 days and we do not get any interested carriers then we will move the price back to the opriginal quote cause that is showing our company that the vehicle is not paying enough". This also explains our price match policy in our terms and conditions, also the quote with the oringinal price our company had quoted you ($3055 after $30 Rebate) was sent to your email before you agreed to start the process. I do feel that i had explained all this very clear and as detailed as i could.
