Adrian at Magic Carpet was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. We had very specific requirements about the exact date it needed to be delivered in California. We knew that with no flexibility in that date it might be difficult for them to find a carrier for a cross country move who would commit to making that happen for us. We were pleasantly surprised when they were able to arrange for the transport of the car so that it would arrive exactly on the date we needed it. It ended up costing a little more than their original quote, through no fault of theirs - because the driver was asking for more money to make this happen on the date we needed. We were offered the option of waiting to see if a different driver would agree to take the car at the original price, but it was more important for us to have peace of mind and to know it would arrive on time than to save an extra $150. Adrian communicated with us throughout the process and was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. Most importantly the car arrived on time and with no damage. We were very happy and would use them again.
