Magda, I am sorry to hear that you had felt that you had overpaid for your auto transport. The carrier had requested an additional amount and i called you with the offer from the carrier. The route UT to OK is a very rare route and what they request is out of our control, However, we DO NOT require you to take the offer from the carrier. It is up to you once the order has been placed. Also, the reason for the carrier requesting the additional amount was because he siad that he was going a little off his route to get the vehicle. I did explain to you that because of setting your available dates during memorial weekend that it could delay things of gettting the vehicle picked up because not all of the carriers are working through the holiday weekend. So i figured since i had got the offer from the carrier i would run it by you before we had past your perferred dates. Again, i am sorry you didnt feel that our company was able to give you a five star experience.
