This was my first time shipping a car, and was worried about the whole process, how long it would take and so on. Casey made the whole process effortless, started by explaining how it all worked and keeping me informed about it the whole time. He informed me within days of my shipping date that my car was going to be picked up, so I could prepare, when the time came, the driver was running a little late and Casey was on it, keeping me informed of where the driver is and eventually he had to pick it up the next day which was still within range of pickup dates. It felt great knowing someone is taking care of getting my car to its destination and keeping me informed the whole time. I would certainly call Casey if I ever need to ship my car again.
