Tyler, I understand the frustration you are feeling in your situation. Unfortunately every attempt we made to arrange a driver for your transport was unsuccessful because of the location at pick up. Our carriers gave us variable options to help you but the dates didn't work or the location were not right. I know that Michelle and I both worked very hard to help you achieve your goal in transport. Michelle has always been one of my most respected agents and I believe she exceeded her level of customer service. Your contacts may have seemed not not as often but our efforts were in contacting the drivers. you were updated daily, again I am sorry if that was not enough. I wish you good luck and hope everything works out well
