I contacted Magic carpet April 5th for a delivery date of May 24th. You think two months would be enough lead time!!!!!!! On May 6th, I got a booking confirmation and I asked for a pickup date. I was told there would be plenty of time by Trevon. I called once a week for the first two weeks, then everyday and I was told the same thing. It only takes three days to get from Pittsburgh to AZ. It is now May 21st and the vehicle was never picked up. I spoke with Trevon on the 20th and he said he would call me back that day, never called! I called five times on Saturday. He called me back and made nothing but excuses. I contacted True Auto Transport and got an education on how these companies work. I spoke with the owner and she was very helpful. I would recommend NEVER to use Magic Carpet. One joke of a company!!!!!

Frank, there is not too many people that do not know that fuel prices have gone up 20 percent in the past two months which is the reason why your vehicle was not shipped. It did not cover the cost of moving it. You had a strict budget and the drivers were not moving cars for that price estimate two months ago . I gave you many solutions to ship the car however you stayed firm at that price. Best wishes, sincerely, Trevon
