From start to finish it was quality. Stephanie was a great in helping me getting my car picked up on the time i needed it to be and answered all my questions. However there was a slight hiccup before I was actually able to pick up my car. I had it shipped from NY->CA so the trip was long and it worried me. Around the time where they gave me an ETA of when my car will arrive, the car didn't arrive on time. I didn't get much information on when it will arrive, other than an estimate date. The day it was suppose the arrive the office was close, but it would have been nice to know a day or two ahead of time if my car was going to arrive or not, or when exactly it will get there. Especially since I live a busy schedule and had to plan my day around whether or not my car will arrive. My car did arrive the very next day, around 6PM.

Other than that the service was good, my car arrived in one piece.
