I saw all the great reviews of magic carpet and gave it a shot. Not only were they able to provide a reasonably priced quote, but Michelle, my agent was very friendly and answered my zillion questions as I am very attached to my BMW! The delivery was actually early, and the truck driver was very friendly, and on time. It was an added surprise to find out that the driver actually lived very close to me.
The communication channel was very good and I was receiving calls from Michelle on a regular basis just to confirm each step of the way. Michelle made the process super simple and there wasn't a single time where I was anxious or confused.
