Diana, I do feel sour that we could not find a driver a week week before your pick up. It is normal for driver to schedule the route they intend to complete a few weeks in advance however we have had price increases since you placed the booking over a month ago. I was aggressive with the drivers and tried my best however I knew from you that we had a strict budget working against us for any advancement. I can only work with what budget you have, best wishes this shipment really, Trevon
