Minor mixup

About the only complaint I had with this company (and I admit it was probably my fault) is that I had two orders for my car on two different dates. It would appear that I registered online with one agent and over the phone with a different agent. About a week before the pickup one of the agents called to let me know that he found the problem and asked which of the two dates I had scheduled that I would like (either would have been fine). In any case, that was a minor issue. I would strongly recommend using these people and would use them myself again if the need arises.
