Picked up a day late. took 7 days to go on a 7 hour ride. Never got to destination, Had to go and pick it up about an hour away. Driver did give a $40 discount. Magic Carpet response to customer very poor. did not take responsibility for the problem. Never contacted the customer that paid them. Would not use this company ever again.
