I had never shipped a car before, so I was a bit leary at first, but Stephanie was very helpful answering all my questions. I placed the order, and pick up was made the next day! The car arrived within 5 days without issue. During transit, I called Magic Carpet several times with questions and Stephanie was always available to answer my questions professionally and quickly. I would use Magic Carpet again, as well as recommend them to others.
