There is only one follow up phone call after the vehicle was picked up. After that there was no email no phone call until I called to find out why the vehicle was not deliver the day it was said it was deliver. I had to contact the carrier. There was no discount for the delay of the delivery of the car. I had to pay extra to rent a car so I can get around.
