The customer service with this company was superior. Working with Hillary Bergeson was such a good experience. She was professional with such a delightful demeanor. I got an immediate good feeling about this company through her knowledge with every aspect of the transport from start to finish. She quoted me a competitive price and even convinced me that I would not have to pay an additional fee to have expedited shipment because I called so far in advance. So in comparison to other transport companies I saved almost 500.00. The pick up and transport went so smooth that I did not have to worry about anything. The trucking company is also to be commended for their excellent service. The truck driver could not have been more professional and pleasant. He and his dispatcher kept in touch with me the entire six days. They followed through with everything they promised. This is good old fashioned service at it's finest. Very rare to get these days.Thank you for all your great service as it is quite emotional to blindly trust someone to move you clear across the country with all your precious belongings! I would highly recommend this company to anyone who would be moving across state or cross-country as they work from start to finish with integrity. I am so glad Hillary followed up with a phone call after I got an initial quote!
