I found this Transporter online and submitted a request for quote. Michelle submitted the quote the same day and followed up with a phone call the next day. She was knowledgeable and provided answers to my questions immediately. After speaking with other transporters, I felt confident that Michelle would keep on top of the move and gave her the order. Magic Carpet's price was not the lowest but Michelle had inspired confidence that they would complete the move on time. Michelle and the driver kept me appraised at all times on the status and the delivery was made a day late due to an east coast snow storm. The late delivery was beyond their control so I feel it was on time. I would certainly use Magic Carpet again as their service was exceptional.
