they promised to pick up the car in 1-8 days, after i payed 260 usd, then after 5-6 days they said that there is no truck to pick up the car. after 8 days they stopped to communicate to me. So never pay these cheatters in advance. they even demaned me to give them my credit card all data information. it looks like chating. they do not worth to trust at all, but the pretend to look as 5 star company. real - No star company :(

Sergey, I am so sorry that you feel cheated. You asked me from the beginning to communicate with you through emails because you could understand better and so I have kept every email we have exchanged. Yes I did ask for credit card information - that is how we authorize a deposit to ship your vehicle (through PayPal) , which we do not deduct from your credit card until it ships. We do not ask for payment in advance - you chose to book through PayPal yourself. We went ahead and booked your vehicle. You asked me to lower the price for you and I did, but told you that it would not look as attractive to carriers but we would try it. From the 10th, when we booked, until today, I have sent you 7 emails regarding the status of your vehicle. I did everything I could do in my power, including calling trucking companies myself, to get your vehicle moved. As I explained to you, there are not trucks shipping to Washington right now for the price you are paying. I did tell you that it would take 1 to 8 days to ship your vehicle, although there were no guarantees that it would ship even then. Unfortunately, shipment has not occurred and we will refund your money ASAP.
