I just want everyone to know what a pleasure it was doing buisness with magic carpet auto transport! I would most definetly recommend to everyone! After dealing with Alliance Auto Transport-i was tempted just to do the driving myself! i was so frustrated! But i decided to call around one more time before i gave up and out of all the ones I called Magic Carpet was the only one that called me back-i spoke with kathy and she was so nice and very helpful! that made me feel so comfortable! She explained how this type of buisness works etc...The price was alittle higher but most definetly worth every penny! The customer service was excellent! Everything she told me was true, the driver was on time, and very nice! He gave me his number so that I could check up with him at any time to see where he was on route! My jeep arrived within 2 days, in excellent condition-just as i had given it to him! I plan on using them in the future again! Thank You Kathy! And all the friendly staff that took all my calls! You guys are the best!
