Magic Carpet Auto Transport was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. I began my search for a transport company a few weeks back when I remembered that my friend had just transported her car from MA to CA. I called her for the information and she highly recommended Magic Carpet. I did receive lower quotes from other companies, but because of my recommendation and interaction with the on line quote and the respresentative, Kathy Ashlock, I knew that I would be in the best hands with Magic.

I work in hospitality and daily customer service and Kathy was the epitome of excellent customer service. She was always pleasant, professional and answered all my questions, as there were many! It was refreshing to receive great service, which you cannot always get from any company!

Not only was the truck I was transporting from CA to MA, very quickly put on a carrier, but was even delivered a day prior to delivery. Art, the transporter, was also very professional and communicated all scheduled updates.

The truck was delivered right to my front door within 7 days of my first call. I could not be happier with the overall experience and would HIGHLY recommend all friends and family to Magic!
