Everything went smoothly. Pick up was on time, delivery was late but this wasn't a problem for me since I preferred a later weekend delivery date to the earlier weekday one. Carrier was nice enough, car was dirty but that's to be expected in an open carrier. The person I spoke with at Magic Carpet was friendly and helpful. I recommend Magic Carpet.
