Trevon Bond was very pleasant on the phone throughout the transportation of my vehicle. He made himself available on weekends to update me on the progress and status of delivery. My only suggestion for improvement would be better communication with the driver of the truck. In my case, there was a mis-communication error with my cell phone number, which caused a slight delay in the delivery of my car. This situation could have been prevented if Trevon had received the driver's cell phone number. Overall, I was pleased with the process and would choose to use Magic Carpet Auto Transport again. However, I would shy away from using Carriage Auto Carrier as the company who actually transports the car. I was disappointed in their services.
