I moved home from Brookline MA to San Francisco CA. Was rather worried about the cost of shipping of my car and the potential hassel until I used trasnportreviews and called up magic carpet with its good track record. Hillary Bergeson was the contact person and she was extremely helpful from the beginning to the end. The cost was very competitive considering it included door to door delivery, and insurance as well as the car was picked up within a 3 day window (i needed my car for work almost to the very end). After booking I got prompt email confirmation every step of the way. The driver Carlo was the nicest guy. Because of the road condition in Brookline he was not able to drive his large lorry close to me but he called us with a nearby loation and then drove us back to our home after we dropped off our car. And we were very impressed with how nice he was. The car arrived early and took about 5-6 days in total I think. There was no damage and the whole experience was smooth uncomplicated and as good as it can be. Thank you Hillary and Carlo.
