This was my first experience with auto shipping and I was scared to death. My wife has a nice car and I didn't want anything bad to happen. I talked with many different agents to learn what the industry is like and how it works. I did not take the lowest bid because I decided this was not the smart way to get a good carrier who would deliver on time. Instead, I took a bid above average and I'm glad I did. John at Magic Carpet explained everything well, took personal interest in doing a good job. He found an experienced carrier who picked the car up within 15 minutes of the scheduled time and delivered it 3,000 miles away also within 15 minutes of the expected time. The car was handled just fine with no damage. John also followed up to make sure all went well. Based on this experience I give them my recommendation.

Bill, this is a great testimonial for others to read and what others can expect from me at Magic Carpet. Most people never ship a vehicle and like you get bombarded with quotes, and not knowing who to trust or who can actually find a Carrier for their quote. You are an example that the lowest quote is not always the best methodology in determining which auto transport to use in shipping a vehicle. Thank you again for this 5 STAR rating and review.
