Have moved my vehicles from coast to coast several times over the past twenty-five years, in conjunction with military PCS orders. This has been the smoothest experience...by far. All personnel were courteous, responsive and knowledgeable; from call center (Hillary) to delivery driver.

Considered two things during selection process: price and reputation. Magic Carpet's price was cheaper than most companies that I considered; prices ranged from $800 to $2,400 (Love my Lexus but please...$2,400!...wow). Quantifying reputation was more difficult than evaluating/assessing high vs low cost. However, did extensive internet research and was satisfied with the reputation that Magic Carpet earned (as satisfied as one can get when relying upon opinions posted on the net). Happy to report that my experience with Magic Carpet was extremely positive and consistent with what I read on the internet.

That being said, I was offended by one thing; I was assessed a small service-charge because I used a credit card to pay on the front-end. Was concerned that there would be more 'hidden charges' along the way. However, there were no more hidden charges.

All in all; a Great Experience. Wish I used Magic Carpet for previous moves! Will definitely use them for all future moves!
