Unprofessional Carrier

Customer service received from the Magic Carpet representative, Trevon Bond, was excellent. Very professional, curtious, and efficient. The driver that delivered the vehicle was not. The very large fellow, Kevin, became hideously angry when I informed him that he could not unload the inoperable vehicle on a busy street in a no parking area. When I told him he had to unload on the side street he immediately went into a rage and continued with disgruntled mutterings of discontent throughout the entire unloading process. Although the disturbing mutterings were not directed at me, he made sure I could hear his distressfull and quite threatening remarks. He became aggressive with the unloading equipment and the vehicle. He stood firm and demanded his payment before he would unload the vehicle for me to inspect, and refused to give me any delivery documents before he received payment. The situation was very frightening. I surrendered the payment to avoid a violent outbreak. Kevin was accompanied by a very young female, 8-10 years old. His vicious behavior was a very poor example for the younster to be forced to witness.
