Original pick-up date was June 1, one day after Memorial Day. Carrier was to contact my Daughter in Washington State to make arrangements because her driveway was very narrow and she would have to meet the driver at a shopping center and walk home. On the prior day to pick-up, carrier was to call to advise time, but nothing happened, so I made some calls my self to determine what was up. It ended up that the carriers wife called and advised that the pick up would be on June 4 but this did not occur until late afternoon, too late for my daughter to make her required meeting schedule.

My issue with this transaction is that NO ONE bothered to follow up to make sure the delivery was going to happen as originally established thereby making my daughter wait around all day for some news. If possible, my overall rating would be between "would use again" and "excellent" because of the lack of follow up on your part.

It was no issue as to the car arriving as originally planned, but there was no reason that I had to initiate the follow-up action. Because of this I have shown on the customer service rating somewhat less than Excellent for promptness/hold times.

Enjoyed working with Tony, however, I would investigate your hauler more thorough and not use this one again.
