From my first contact, to the final, this has been a totally fantastic transaction.This was the first time to ship a vehicle and I shipped two.At first I had one operational and one no-op.But upon further checking ,that changed to two no-ops.That was not a problem and was handled like it was a common everyday thing.Nice people that take care of you like you were family, that's how I felt. I was taken care of by the same person(Crystal) from the beginning to the delivery.Called on Monday and if I had my act together , the vehicles could have been loaded out on Wednesday!! But I had to finish my transaction first.The following Monday I was ready for pick up.The driver was scheduled for p/u on Friday.He loaded out on Thursday and delivered on Friday afternoon right at the time he said he would.I was in the trucking industry and know that is difficult to do. The service was excellent, the price was less than I could do it myself.No damage to vehicles and nothing missing. What else can say about this company, I guess I would have to say that if you need a vehicle shipped and want to be well taken cre of, this is the company!!
