when I called i was greeted and made to feel good. rae ann was very polite and worked very hard to get my car shipped from Minnesota (not an easy spot to get something shipped from) to Massachusetts. When it was picked up it only took 2 days to arrive and the guy that delivered the car was friendly also. I would use this carrier again.
