Our company is starting to use Transporatation services on a regular basis. After some research and price comparison, we chose Magic Carpet. They offered the best service at the lowest price. As the person spearheading the operation at HQ, I was impressed with the prompt and courteous service from the company represrentatives. It didnt' matter who you talked to, everyone seemed to have quick and thorough access to our account.
Once a quote has been submitted online, a representative will call and confirm the information. I received 3-4 phone calls within in an hour, asking me about my interest in Magic Carpet and various affiliates. From there, email alerts are sent at each point of action: Truck has been dispatched Driver is on the way Car has been picked up Car Delivered
The only problem I had with the service is, we were expecting a delivery on Friday, and the truck did not show until Tuesday afternoon. My guy on the recieving end was supposed to leave on Sunday to travel, but had to postpone his plans. A little bit more communication on the back end and this would have been a 5 star review.
