My vehicle was located in an out of the way (rural) location in the Northwest and was being shipped an unusual location on the East Coast. It took about 2 weeks to locate a driver, Kevin Ricer was my contact at Magic Carpet and he kept up with me while trying to locate a driver for the unusual route. I was also presented with alternatives to get my shipment moving faster (taking it to a larger city to be picked up). I decided to be patient and a driver was located after 2 weeks, transport went smoothly (and quickly - 7 days from Washington to Vermont). I was contacted by Magic Carpet when shipment was scheduled, day of pickup, and day after delivery to ensure everything was going as planned. Kevin was knowledgeable from the beginning and the entire process went as expected/explained. I also appreciated not having to pay a deposit untill the vehicle was picked-up, since I had some concerns about being able to find a driver for such an odd route. Overall a very positive experience.
