While visiting my son in California, I broke my shoulder. I had driven from Cleveland to California and planned to drive back home. After my injury, including surgery on my shoulder, I decided it best to fly home. My son looked thoroughly into many transport services and found Magic Carpet to be competitive in price, available for transport when I needed, helpful and friendly.
The driver picked the car up in a timely manner. He loaded the car on the top which I was happy about because I have a convertible. The driver called and said the car was going to be delivered between eight and ten pm on the 19 and he arrived about 9:30pm on the 19. One negative was that the driver stopped in the middle of a busy street and preceded to unload the car off the truck in the middle of the road. I was uncomfortable with this part of the drop off, however the car and people were all ok. The driver was friendly and polite. There were no scratches on the car. It was dirty but I expected that being on the top of a truck traveling across the country. The greatest thing was that the car arrived a day earlier than I had expected. I was contacted about the early arrival and pleasantly surprised. Besides for the unusual drop off, everything worked out perfectly. I would recommend Magic Carpet Auto Transport to others and would use their service again if the situation warrented it (hopefully if I needed it again, it would be by choice and not a neccessity.) All and all, the experience was excellent.
