Everything was fine except for about a week after I made the request for transport. I called and e-mailed but nobody was responding to me for a few days. I only wanted an estimate of when I would know the pickup date. One I got them on the phone things got moving. They were also always helpful and patient while talking to me.
More important is which transporters a company like this deals with. They are the ones that have your property for a long time. So it is important in my opinion that a company picks only good transporters and mine was great. They went beyond what was required and helped ship a few extra bits to the kit car I was having shipped. Sure, they charged more but I saved a lot because they offered this service. Magic Carpet helped to arrange this with them before picking a carrier so good job there as well.
