Overall, the service was excellent. I got a representitive named Hillary, who was fantastic. She was helpful and friendly. She called every time she said she would and answered any questions that I had. My car was scheduled to picked up the day after I called.
They didn't tell me that they were bringing the whole transport truck to the pick-up spot, so I had to get me non-functioning car towed to a major street. The was annoying, but the truck drivers were very patient and understanding.
The driver ran into some trouble on a prior drop off, so my car was delivered a day late. But, the driver called and let me know what was going on.
The service may depend on the representative that you get. When I had trouuble with the pick-up, I called after regular hours. I got some woman who rudely said I would have to figure it out and "good luck." She sucked, but that was that was the only bad part of the deal.
