Kristann was good and responsive. Problem was that the carrier came too early and I needed my truck to do errands before I made my move to Texas. I let them take it but it was an incovenience as I had to rely on friends to get rides before the move. Then they got to Texas before I did. Kristaan made things easier by getting them to accept a credit card verses cash. She agreed that they had all the right criteria ahead of time and should not have been early. My vehicle did get there safely and in a timely fashion so I'm happy for that. Better that way then late. I'd use them again. Kristaan said they wont use that carrier again-not her fault. Its just a crap shoot with the carrier you get.
