I apologize for your experience that you had with the driver. And also about the itmes in the car, it has been brought to our attention that more and more carriers are not accepting personal items in the car, also i do make sure to let you know that the drivers are not licensced to carry anything other than vehicles and that its not recommended to put anything in the vehicle. However so happened to be with our carrier who was assisgned to pick up your vehicle had to many bad experiences taking items in the vehicles, they can be fined for things in there as well.
