It was a shaky pick up missing the original date and finally getting the car the next day just after 5pm. John Mendez called me frequently locating the driver, and apologizing for the delay, but also assuring me he would make up that lost time on the delivery end. That he did! It made it safe and sound, clean inside and out and on the day we originally planned. Not only that, but John stayed in touch with me and the consignee to update location of the carrier. It was a small window of time for the delivery and they hit it on the nose. Needless to say, the delivery was smooth and accomplished with ease. I highly recommend Magic Carpet Auto Transporters, you won't be disappointed. If you're really lucky, you'll get John Mendez to handle it for you.
