Clifford,
I am sorry you felt we did not provide five star services to you. I was always available and responsive to your instant messages. The driver had some issues with his wench and had to have a new one installed to load your in-op vehicle. I was in contact with your seller 3-4 times daily to make sure the drive has been in contact with him. I called/left messages with the driver 4 times a day to get updates, he never returned my calls. I apologize for the drivers delay and lack of communication with you and your seller. And I don’t understand how you where over charged, because you where not –Crystal Warner-
