Original scheduled pickup time was quick, but the result was even better. The carrier arrived a day early and with an enclosed truck instead of the open one scheduled - and at no extra charge! The delivery was right to my door, and the driver contacted me along the way with updated status. The transaction could not have been cleaner, across the board.

Kirk, I have to tell you that never happens to order open and to get an enclosed carrier with no extra cost. Im so glad everything went well. Kathy~
