I was very satisfied with all aspects of the auto transport service provided by Magic Carpet Auto Transport and the driver who picked up and delivered my vehicle.

I was kept informed as to the status of my pick-up and delivery.

The account executive was very professional and courteous. The driver was also top notch. His truck was new and appropriate for the task of hauling my vehicle. He was courteous, friendly and easy to deal with.

Magic Carpet provided a competitive quote and there were no hidden add-on costs or changes involved. I obtained a total of three quotes from three different service providers.

The driver worked directly with me to coordinate the pick-up and delivery of my vehicle. I felt the timeframe for reaching the destination was reasonable.

I was involved in a relocation and needed to have my vehicle delivered to a family member at the desitination in Florida. The driver worked with me to coordinate the delivery with my family member.

My needs and expectations were met in all respects. My vehicle arrived in excellent condition with no damage.

I would definitely use Magic Carpet Auto Transport for future needs with respect to shipping my vehicle and would recommend them to friends and associates.
