Magic Carpet set up the transport of my car from Arizona to California. While there was some miscommunication between the driver and his home office, resulting in a delay of a few days, Magic Carpet followed up regularly to keep on top of each schedule milestone, and was very helpful in getting in touch with the driver. Once the schedule changes were worked out, the driver was also very good at keeping in touch, and the rest of the transport went without problems.

Their instructions and guidelines were very clear, and the customer representative was helpful and attentive. The car arrived quickly, in the same shape as it left, and the driver was good at keeping me posted on schedule updates.
