My experience with Magic Carpet Auto was excellent. I had a very fixed schedule (only one available day) for my car to be picked up. Unfortunately, the carrier assigned to my car wanted to pick up my car 2 days early. I immediately called Kathy, my main contact at Magic Carpet Auto, and she straightened everything out for me. She called the driver and my pickup date was reassigned to my original day. I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Thanks!
