The experience with Magic Carpet was very good, they have great customer service. I had given them a three day window to pickup my car, they got it on the third day, and the driver was very careful loading my car. That may not sound important to anyone, but my car is lowered and has a great paint job, it made the 900 mile trip without any damages at all.

I had wanted an enclosed trailer, but time restraints kept it from happening, so I said that an open trailer would be alright; I was kind of dreading an open trailer, but everything turned out great.

The agent with Magic Carpet was very understanding about my situation and my car. It had to be picked up no later than by the 3rd day, and delivered to me within 6 days. If those times couldn't be met, then I wouldn''t have been available for another two weeks to accept the car.

What's funny, is that Joe, the trailer driver likes old cars also, he has a '53 Ford with a Chevy engine in it. He used all sorts of wood to get my car off of the trailer as if the car was his own, not a scratch, not a ding. I'm very satisfied with the service I had with Magic Carpet.

The last service company that I used jacked me around for more than 30 days before they picked up my '34 Pontiac, and they kept asking for more money, than what they had originally quoted.
