We were very pleased with the service when we recently shipped a 2000 Lexus to our son in San Francisco. We were working on a deadline...called on a Wednesday, and needed to have the car there (from Dallas, Texas) for sure two weeks later! We were assured that it woouldn't be a problem, even though we were using the most inexpensive rate. After making our $200+ deposit, we had a pick up and delivery scheduled within 24 hours! (Pick up was scheduled for 5 days later, Nov.3rd) Driver called early on the 3rd to say he would be there early on the 4th. Driver was respectful, cordial and confidence building. Pick up went off without a hitch- took about 10 minutes, tops. Discussed at that time possible drop off sites in San Francisco, as our son is a young working professional with limited flex time- driver called our son on the evening of the 9th, and he was able to pick up the car early on the 10th to accomodate his work schedule. He sald the car "looked great", and the whole experience was very positive and stressless. Personnel involved all very courteous, knowledgeable, and propmt in their responses to our questions- continued to keep in touch throughout the process with a timeline through phonecalls and email. We were well taken care of, and would use your sevice again.
