I needed a brand new Malibu transported from Vegas to Minneapolis. I gave Stepahnie a weeks notice and she promptly posted the job on the network.

I gave Stephanie a window of three days when I was to be in Vegas and I had to fly home on the last day. So I had to do something with the car in that time slot short of driving it home and wasting a plane ticket.

With only two days remaining and no bids on the job I contacted Stephanie with my concerns. She escalated the issue to her boss and they made it happen. They found a carrier with just enough time to spare. They notified me on the day before my departure and the carrier arrived the final morning of my trip and loaded the car so I knew it was in good hands before I HAD to leave Vegas. The price was raised $50 but Magic Carpet and Stephanie did take extra measures to make sure I was not stuck in a bad predicament.

The carrier Lederer Trucking and driver D. Woods were a top notch outfit with a spectacular rig full of chrome. The car was delivered in about 6 days as promised and I never worried a bit about it. They did not just get me a carrier but a good one.

I would not hesitiate to use Magic Carpet again. Their price was competitive and like other reviews I read, Stephanie was a pleasure to work with, answers all of your questions and did not hang me out to dry as the time frame got tight. She carded about my situation and did what she could to listen to my concerns and help. I wish I did not have to worry to the last day but in the end Magic Carpet did came through. Do not be afraid to use this service and that is the honest truth. My shipping story was a success!
