First time having someone help us transport our car and had a great experience with the Magic and our agent Stephanie. It was from a small town in NY to Little Rock,AR. Although a relatively rare route for trucking companies, Stephanie was still able to find a great one for us. Both Stephanie and Yuri, the driver from Big John's Trucking, did a great job keeping me informed throughout the process. Our car was picked up on time and delivered after only 1.5 days, even before our arrival to Little Rock. So, we had our own transportation right after we got off the plane. It made our life in a new place a lot easier than we thought. Well, we did had a little bit issue with the billing part, but Stephanie helped me solved it right away. Overall, great service, very knowledgeable and competent agent, will use them again next time, and strongly recommend to others.
