The communication between myself and Magic Carpet was great, Nicole found a carrier on short notice and got me locked in that day. The actual pickup date promised was not exact, being such short notice it was still within my window. Delivery took what she said it could be 5-9 days, and it was 7 so right in between. I was however a little disappointed after the vehicles were picked up on the communication between Magic Carpet and the actual carrier. It seemed that they weren't on the same page with each other or the driver. After The car was picked up I never heard from Nicole again, and I even asked for her. Overall It was a great service the price was right, and the surprise when a enclosed car carrier came for the same price made it all worth while. Thanks Magic Carpet!!
